In an attempt to get this blog up and running, I have been doing a lot of research on the power of positive thinking, and all the things it takes to lead a positive life. One of my biggest resources as I've been has been this website; www.liveyourlifewell.org/
Sponsored by Mental Health America, this site contains a plethora of helpful information on living a positive life. This includes their 10 tools to live your life well, questionnaires designed to assess stress, anxiety, and depression, and of course a wide variety of resources on getting help for those issues and making steps in a more positive direction.
I would highly recommend checking out this website, whether you're stressed, depressed, or just looking to live your life happier, there's something on this site for everyone.
